Founder, Complete Game

Rob served as a consultant with softball programs such as UCLA, Stanford, Florida, LSU, Central Florida and Maryland and has also been a player development consultant for the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners.

Rob will direct the F2F showcase programming, including player visual mechanics, hitting evaluation, and positional testing.



Professional Fast pitch player, Team USA Olympic Gold Medalist, 3-time NCAA All American and National Champion while at UCLA are just some of of Amanda's softball accomplishments. She currently provides private instruction, runs group clinics around the country and is on the Pac 12 Network as a color analyst. When not on the field or in the booth, Amanda and her husband are raising their two children in Huntington Beach.  Amanda is also proud to be a Special Olympics Global Ambassador and volunteer.

Suzy is a nationally known clinician for numerous youth, high school, and college softball camps and events. While growing up in Waterloo, Iowa, Suzy a 4-sport athlete in high school and was an all-state player in softball, volleyball and basketball. She played softball at the University of Iowa, where she earned a B.S. in Physical Education. Suzy is the  head coach at Lee High School in Springfield, VA. In addition she leads seminars and workshops in character development through sports. High energy, passion and purpose are her trademarks.

A sports media veteran of more than 25 years, Brentt now works with key softball governing bodies and event producers including USA Softball, Premier Girls Fastpitch, Triple Crown Sports and the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic.

Prior to joining FloSports in May, 2015, Eads was President & Founder of Full Count Softball, an online site that offered exclusive softball content such as the Hot 100 player lists and the FAB 50 team rankings, which continue today on Based in Huntington Beach, California, he is the father of five and has worked previously at ESPN and Student Sports.

Joe has been a part of the Fastpitch world for over 4 decades as a player and coach. Playing the circuit for years in the Northeast, while coaching hundreds of youth players along the way ,he has developed a true passion for the game and its players. Starting as vehicle to give back to the community, he realized a love for instructing the finer points of the game to raise the talent level of each athlete. Faster2First is a dream come true, an exciting way to provide each player the opportunity of a level playing field in the evaluation of their talents.
